At ZarVibes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and accessories must be included
  • Proof (image/video) may be required

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • ZarVibes reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet conditions
